Roxbury Tenants of Harvard recently closed a New Market's Tax Credit allocation in June which provided more than $2M in equity for the construction of the RTH Community Center. The Community Center is mid-way through construction and expected to be completed in May 2014. TC staff coordinated the closing of the tax credits on behalf of the Roxbury Tenants of Harvard as part of the overall project management services provided for the project.
